Election Support

Twelve months of unlimited technical support will be available to the University for the WEVS system.

The onsite support offering can be used for the following:

  • Setup of Mock Elections
  • Technical Support During Elections
  • Technical Assistance on System
  • Training of New Administrators
  • WEVS System Backup and Maintenance

WEVS Package Offering

The WEVS System is only available as a fully packaged converged offering in order to maintain all levels and layers of security. The systems hardware and software operate as a whole once fully configured.

This converged package will consist of everything required to get up and running within a week of purchase and ready to run mock elections for pre-elections auditing & testing.

The package will consist of the following:

  • 24 Month SERVER HOSTING
  • ONSITE SETUP OF TERMINALS
  • TRAINING SESSIONS FOR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS
  • ALL 3rd PARTY SOFTWARE LICENCES
  • 24 MONTHS TECHNICAL SUPPORT (BUSINESS HOURS)
  • ONSITE FACILITATION OF FIRST ELECTIONS
